These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Parho for using our website and service. By logging in to or using Parho, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Parho does

Parho reads meter-reading forms from PDF files and photos using AI, lets you review and correct the readings, and prepares an Excel file for you to download. Parho prepares the data — submitting it to any office system stays your job, the same as before.

2. Your account

• Accounts are created by the admin after you subscribe. There is no public sign-up.
• Keep your username and password private. Everything done from your account is your responsibility.
• Tell the admin on WhatsApp at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• One account is for one person. Please do not share your login with others.

3. Acceptable use

• Upload only documents that you have the right to process as part of your work.
• Do not try to break, overload, copy or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other accounts.
• Do not use Parho for anything unlawful.

4. Always review before you use the Excel

AI reading is very accurate, but handwriting can be unclear and mistakes are possible. Parho marks doubtful rows in red to help you, but checking the readings before using the Excel file is your responsibility. We are not responsible for losses caused by using unchecked or incorrect data.

5. Subscription and payment

• Parho works on a monthly subscription. Plans and prices are shown on the home page and on your Billing page.
• Payment is made to the admin through JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. We do not take card payments on the website, and we never ask for your bank or card details in chat.
• When your subscription period ends without renewal, access pauses until you renew. Your saved batches are not deleted just because a subscription lapses.
• The admin may change plan prices for future periods; changes will be announced before they apply to you.

6. Refunds

A subscription month that has started is generally not refundable, because the service and its costs begin at once. Two clear exceptions: if you paid twice by mistake, the extra payment is returned or adjusted in your next month; and if Parho itself stays unusable from our side for a long stretch, the admin will extend your days or refund the unused part — just message us on WhatsApp.

7. Your files and our software

The forms you upload and the Excel files made from them belong to you and your office. The Parho website, software, name and design belong to us, and you may not copy or resell the service itself.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Parho online, but we cannot promise it will be available at every moment. We may improve, change or pause parts of the service, and we may update these Terms — the new version will appear on this page with a new date.

9. Ending an account

You can stop using Parho at any time and ask the admin to close your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms or misuses the service.
